Construction usually begins within 3 weeks after contract signing depending on the amount of work required. Demolition, electrical and plumbing rough in's are completed along with flooring and sheetrock work.
During the first three weeks from contract signing you will chose from a large array of sinks, faucets, tile and counter tops to complete your project. Allowances within your contract will help you stay within your budget.
Your new kitchen is installed and a final "punch list" is taken. The work has been completed to your satisfaction!
